1. How to start using HelloEOT service?

In order to start using HelloEOT service, you can create an account with HelloEOT by filling up the New Account Form. Once you completed the New Account Form, you can click REGISTER button to submit the form. If your account is successfully register, you will redirect to account confirmation page, and you can login now to place your order. (HelloEOT will also send an Email with you account information to your registered email account)

  • See the pin for each plan (Calling Card).
  • Add or delete your addition lines for Pinless Calling.
  • Recharge your account instantly online.
  • View your call history.

4. Do you have nationwide access for Pinless Calling?

No. Since most of the cell phone services now provide nationwide coverage and night and weekend free.   We provide New York access only.

5. How to refer a friend and get referral credit (Pinless Calling)?

Each time you refer a friend, simply ask your friend to enter your email address at REFERRAL EMAIL field on sign up form. Make sure the email address is your email address on Hello EOT account.  Referral credit only applies to the customer or account that is current using EDGE Pinless service and not transferrable to any other for form of reimbursement. (Cash or Check)

6. How to use my referral credit (Pinless Calling)?

The referral credit will appear on your account each time your friends purchase or refill their account. You then can allocate the credit at your account to which ever calling plan you want.

7. How to earn reward point (Calling Card)?

Each time you purchase a calling card from your account, the total amount you paid will be accumulated on your reward point.  For example: when you purchase a $100 calling card, you paid $90, $90 reward point will appear on your account.

8. How to redeem my reward point (Calling Card)?

Reward point can only be redeeming on each $100 point increment. Each $100 reward point is equivalent to $5 calling card credit. You can redeem the reward point credit by transferring the credit into your calling plan.  Reward credits are not transferrable to any other for form of reimbursement. (Cash or Check) 

9. What is your minute rounding?

We are one minutes rounding. Example: if you talked for 1 minute 45 seconds, we will charge you 2 minutes.

10. Is there any Expiration Date?

There is no expiration date for either EDGE calling card or Pinless Calling.

11. Customer Support

If you have any questions or you need to speak to a customer service call 1-866-866-8660 or contact us. Our customer service hour is Monday to Friday form 10 Am to 6 Pm Eastern Time Zone (except Saturday, Sunday and holiday).  We will reply your Email within 24 hours (except Saturday, Sunday and holiday).

12. Do you charge any additional fees?

Absolutely none!  We only deduct your money from your account base on minutes you talked multiplied by the rate per minute to your destination.

13. How do I enter my Destination Number?

To make international calls, please dial 011 + country code + City Code + Number.

To make U.S. domestic calls, Please dial 1 + City Code + Number.

14. Can I recharge my Pinless Calling?

Yes, you can recharge your Pinless Calling Account. Also, you will keep the same access number.

15. How can I recharge my Pinless Calling?

Only Pinless Calling Account supports recharge feature. You can buy more credit by logging into your account and go to "Buy Credit" page. Buying more credit is same as recharging your Pinless Calling Account.

16. Can I recharge my Calling Card?

No, you can not recharge on same calling card. But you can buy new calling card on your account and get new pin number.

17. How can I add more additional line?

Log in to your account and then press the Edit button on your Pinless Account. You can add up to 10 additional lines into your Pinless Calling account online. Each additional number you register at you Pinless Calling account will allow them to make calls without entering the pin number.

18. I forgot my Pinless Calling Card Access Number.

Log in to your account. You can see your order details and also access number on the list.
