1. How to start using EOT service?
In order to start using EOT service you can either:
Sign up an account with EOT by filling up the sign up form. Once you completed the sign up form, you can click REGISTER bottom to submit the form. If your account is successfully register, you will redirect to account confirmation page, and you can login now to place your order.
(EOT will also send an Email with you account information to your registered email account)
Select a calling plan (Calling card or Pinless Calling). Once you have selected a calling plan, you will be directed to your shopping cart. If the details are correct, please click checkout. You will be then asked to sign up an account - please refer to above. If an account is successfully registered, login to continue you check out. You will then be asked to enter your credit card information.

6. How to check is the local access number is in my local calling area?
To ensure the local access number you selected is included in your local calling area, you will have to call your local service provide to make sure the access number you selected is on your local call coverage area.
7. How to refer a friend and get referral credit (Pinless Calling)?
Each time you refer a friend, simply ask your friend to enter your email address at REFERRAL EMAIL field on sign up form. Make sure the email address is your email address on Hello EOT account. Referral credit only applies to the customer or account that is current using EOT Pinless service and not transferrable to any other for form of reimbursement. (Cash or Check)
8. How to use my referral credit (Pinless Calling)?
The referral credit will appear on your account each time your friends purchase or refill their account. You then can allocate the credit at your account to which ever calling plan you want.
9. How to earn reward point (Calling Card)?
Each time you purchase a calling card from your account, the total amount you paid will be accumulated on your reward point. For example: when you purchase a $100 calling card, you paid $90, $90 reward point will appear on your account.
10. How to redeem my reward point (Calling Card)?
Reward point can only be redeeming on each $100 point increment. Each $100 reward point is equivalent to $5 calling card credit. You can redeem the reward point credit by transferring
the credit into your calling plan. Reward credits are not transferrable to any other for form of reimbursement. (Cash or Check)
11. What is your minute rounding?
We are one minutes rounding. Example: if you talked for 1 minute 45 seconds, we will charge you 2 minutes.
12. Is there any Expiration Date?
There is no expiration date for either EOT calling card or Pinless Calling.
13. Customer Support

Our customer service hour is Monday to Friday form 10 Am to 6 Pm Eastern Time Zone (except Saturday, Sunday and holiday). We will reply your Email within 24 hours (except Saturday, Sunday and holiday).
14. Do you charge any additional fees?
Absolutely none! We only deduct your money from your account base on minutes you talked multiplied by the rate per minute to your destination.
15. How do I enter my Destination Number?
To make international calls, please dial 011 + country code + City Code + Number.
To make U.S. domestic calls, Please dial 1 + City Code + Number.
16. Can I refill/recharge my Pinless Calling Card?
Yes. Only “Pinless Calling” cards support refill feature.
17. What is “refill/recharge” feature?
It means that you can add balance to your account without new pinless calling card order. You can use the same pinless calling card and its access number over and over.
18. How can I refill my Pinless Calling Card?

19. How can I add more additional line?
Log in to your account and then press the button on your order list. You can add up to 10 additional lines into your Pinless Dialing account online. Each additional number you register at you Pinless Calling account will allow them to make calls without entering the pin number.
